I take a collaborative and supportive approach in individual therapy to help you to accomplish your goals and work towards change.

People seek individual therapy for a wide variety of reasons.

I use research-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills (DBT), Mindful self-compassion, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR therapy).
